We understand that there are numerous sources that a builder can use to get low voltage. Some use multiple low voltage subcontractors, some use electricians, and some builders do it themselves. However, we truly believe that we can offer a more complete package than you typically receive. At Westco, we truly design and install everything including TV/phone/data jacks, UL listed alarm systems, structured wiring panel, whole house audio, HVAC control, lighting control, media rooms, and dedicated home theaters.

We focus our sales on the new construction phase. The key is to educate the new homebuyers and builders on technology. The main reason that people have not traditionally put more electronics into their homes is two-fold: 1) They believe that it is too expensive & 2) It will be too complicated to use. When we work with builders, we invite the clients into our showroom and show them the various technologies available and how easy we can make it for new homebuyers to enjoy. It is more economical to put technology in the home during the construction phase than coming in after the fact.
